Ricardo is an Australian Legal Practitioner, former Judicial Officer and Dean of Law in his native El Salvador, Central America.
He studied English and Law at Queensland University of Technology and graduated with a Master of Laws degree in 1995. Ricardo completed law studies for admission at the University of New England and the College of Law.
Ricardo is admitted to practice law in Queensland, New South Wales and the High Court of Australia. He is a Public Notary. Ricardo areas of practice include Commercial, Property, Administrative and Migration law. He is a Registered Migration Agent with over 25 years of extensive expertise in all visa classes and appeals to specialised Tribunals.
He is a member of the Queensland Law Society, the Australian and New Zealand College of Notaries, the International Union of Notaries and the Australian member of IURISGAL.
Ricardo is an active member of various community organisations. He is the Past President of the Multicultural Communities Council Gold Coast Ltd. (MCCGC) and former member of the Executive Committee and Regional Chair of the Federation of Ethnic Communities Councils of Australia (FECCA).
In recognition of his contribution to the Multicultural Communities, he was awarded a Life Membership for both the Federation of Ethnics Communities Councils of Australia and the Multicultural Communities Council of Gold Coast. In 2011 he received the Queensland Government Award as Highly Commended Outstanding Volunteer.

Kiara is currently part-way through studying a double degree of Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business at Queensland University of Technology.

Kyung is a gradutate lawyer from Griffith University, and is currently completing her Practical Legal Training at Viana Lawyers. Kyung has accumulated experience working in Migration and Refugee Law as an intern at another firm in . She also has experience as a volunteer at a specialist domestic and family violence (DFV) court in the Southport Magistrates Court.
At Viana Lawyers, she assists in practicing Business law, commercial and property law, Wills and Estates and Immigration law.
Prior to this she graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Irish Law) at Griffith College, Dublin. And completed the Law Society of Ireland admission exams. Christina has previously worked as a legal executive in a top 5 law firm in Dublin.Christina joined our team after she completed her Practical Legal Training at Viana Lawyers. She was admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in August 2018.
